"The obligation of our common schools to Noah Webster for his early work in promoting the study of our history is incalculable."
This quote comes from the "Old South Leaflets" (Bostom: Directors of the Old South Work, Old South Meeting House), Volume VIII p. 448 written at some point in the 1800's. 

This is a prime example of the insane indoctrination heaved upon our great-great-grandparents. We are still paying for this evil indoctrination today. I inherited a copy of this miserable piece of literature. I'd like to sell it.
