10. God seeth all things.-Gen. xvi. 13, And she called the name of the Lord that spake unto her', Thou, God, seest me: for she said, Have I also here looked after him that seeth me? Job. xxxiv. 21, 22, His eyes are upon the ways of man', and he seeth all his goings. There is no darkness' nor shadow of death' where the workers of iniquity' may hide themselves. Ps. xc. 8, Thou hast set our iniquities before thee', our secret sins' in the light of thy countenance`. Prov. xv. 3, The eyes of the Lord' are in every place`, beholding the evil' and the good'. Eccles. xii. 14, God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good' or whether it be evil. Jer. xxiii. 24, Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the Lord: do not I fill heaven and carth? saith the Lord. Jer. xxxii. 19, Great in counsel' and mighty in work`: (for thine eyes are open upon all the ways of the sons of men': to give every one according to his ways', and according to the fruit of his doings`.) Heb. iv. 13, Neither is there any creature' that is not manifest in his sight`: but all things are naked and opened' unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.

11. Unchangeable.-Ps. xxxiii. 11, The counsel of the Lord' standeth for ever`, the thoughts of his heart to all generations`. Mal. iii. 6, I am the Lord', I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob' are not consumed'. James i. 17, Every good gift, and every perfect gift', is from above, and cometh down from

the Father' of lights, with whom is no variableness' neither shadow of turning.

12. Incomprehensible.-Job. v. 9, Which doeth great things' and unsearchable`; marvellous things/ without number'. Job. xi. 7, Canst thou by searching` find out God? canst thou find out the Almighty unto perfection'? Job. xxxvii. 23, Touching the Al. mighty', we cannot find him out he is excellent' in power', and in judgment', and in plenty of justice`; he will not afflict. Ps. cxlv. 3, Great is the Lord', and greatly to be praised`; and his greatness' is unsearchable.

13. God is the Creator, Disposer, and Governor of all.-1 Sam. ii. 6-9, The Lord killeth', and maketh alive he bringeth down to the grave', and bringeth up'. The Lord maketh poor' and maketh rich he bringeth low' and lifteth up. He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar' from the dunghill', to set them among princes', and to make them inherit the throne of glory': for the pillars of the earth' are the Lord's, and he hath set the world' upon them. 1 Chron. xxix. 11, 12, Thine, O Lord, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory`, and the victory', and the majesty': for all that is in the heaven, and in the earth' is thine'; thine is the kingdom', O Lord, and thou art exalted as head above all. Both riches and honour' come of thee', and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand is power and might`; and in thine hand it is to make great',

and to give strength unto all'. 2 Chron. xx. 6, O Lord God of our fathers', art not thou God in heaven'? and rulest not thou over all the kingdoms of the heathen'? and in thine hand' is there not power and might, so that none is able to withstand thee'? Neh. ix. 6, Thou, even thou,' art Lord alone`; thou hast made heaven`, the heaven` of heavens', with all their host', the earth`, and all things' that are therein`, the seas, and all that is therein, and thou preservest them all`; and the host of heaven worshippeth thee`. Ps. xxii. 28, The kingdom' is the Lord's, and he is the governor' among the nations. Ps. lxxv. 6, 7, Promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge': he putteth down one', and setteth up another`. Ps. ciii. 19, The Lord hath prepared his throne' in the heavens'; and his kingdom' ruleth over all. Ps. CXXXV. 6, Whatsoever the Lord pleased', that did he in heaven, and in earth', in the seas', and all deep places. Prov. xvi. 33, The lot is cast into the lap'; but the whole disposing thereof is of the Lord'. Prov. xxi. 30, There is no wisdom, nor understanding, nor counsel', against the Lord`. Isa. xiv. 24, 27, The Lord of hosts hath sworn, saying', Surely as I have thought', so shall it come to have purposed, so shall it stand`. hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it`? and his hand is stretched out', and who shall turn it back?
