HE undersigned committee, under the supervision of James C. Byrnes, N. E. A. Director for the State of New York, and Wm. A. Campbell, District Superintendent of Schools, Brooklyn, N. Y., have arranged a number of special tours for teachers and their friends who desire to attend the N. E. A. Convention next

summer.

Tour A will occupy 33 days at a cost of $270, exclusive of accommodations in San Francisco. The party will leave New York at 10 A. M. Saturday, June 30th. The itinerary on the outward trip will embrace Denver, Georgetown Loop, The Switzerland sail

journey will be resumed July 28th, and stops for sightseeing will be made at Minneapolis, St. Paul, Chicago and Niagara Falls.

Tour B will occupy 31 days at a cost of $258.00. The party will leave New York Monday, July 2nd, and will follow the same itinerary as Tour A, spending, however, only eight days on the outward trip instead of ten days, as in Tour A.

Tour C will occupy 29 days at a cost of $220. The party will leave New York Saturday, June 30th, and will follow exactly the same itinerary as Tour A as far as Seattle; it will then proceed northward to British Columbia, returning via the Canadian Pacific Railroad. Stops will be made at Banff and at other interesting points in the Canadian Rockies.

Tour D will occupy 27 days at a cost of $208.50. The party will leave New York Monday, July 2nd, and will follow exactly the same itinerary as Tour B as far as Seattle, and will then proceed as in Tour C.

Tour E will follow the same itinerary as Tour A as far as San Francisco, the individuals of the party selecting their own routes thereafter. The cost of this tour, including railroad transportation for the return trip, will be $148.

Tour F will follow the same itinerary as Tour B as far as San Francisco, the

After the Convention the party will visit many points of interest in Southern California, including Riverside, Redlands, Los Angeles, Playa del Rey, Santa Catalina Island, Santa Barbara, Paso Robles, Del Monte, Big Trees and San Jose. For the return trip the party will pass over the Shasta Route to Portland, and then northward, stopping at Tacoma and Seattle for sightseeing. The Yellowstone National Park will be reached July 23d, and a complete tour of the Park will be made. The eastward

individuals of the party selecting their own routes thereafter. The cost of this tour, including railroad transportation for the return trip, will be $143.

Special itineraries will be arranged for individuals or parties desiring to accompany the several parties as far as San Francisco and to return at later dates or over different routes.

Return tickets are good till September 15, 1906. Stopover privileges are accorded at all points west of the Mississippi River and at Chicago, Detroit and Niagara Falls.

Parties desiring to visit Alaska, Honolulu or Japan may make their arrangements through the Committee managing these tours.

Every provision for the comfort and convenience of members of the party will be made. Each party will be limited to one hundred persons. The trains will be made up of Pullman cars, dining cars, observation car and baggage car, and will be under the personal direction and supervision of one of the most experienced railroad men in the United States, Mr. J. P. McCann (McCann's Tours), formerly Passenger Agent of the Missouri Pacific Railway.

The cost of these tours includes transportation, sleeping car and hotel accommodations, meals, side trips, drives, etc. The cost of hotel accommodations in San Francisco is not included, but rooms will be provided at a cost of from one dollar per day upwards.
