Each of said amounts shall be used solely for the specific purposes herein stated.

SEC. 2. The amounts hereby appropriated shall be paid out of the State treasury, and the disbursing officer of the Banking Department shall render his accounts therefor, at such times and in such manner as is or may be provided by law.

SEC. 3. All fees or other moneys received by the Banking Department shall be forwarded to the State Treasurer each month and shall be by said treasurer deposited in the State treasury to be disbursed in such manner and for such purposes as may be provided by law.

SEC. 4. The Auditor General shall incorporate in the State tax for the years nineteen hundred nineteen and nineteen hundred twenty, sufficient amounts to reimburse the general fund for the appropriations hereby made.

SEC. 5. All acts and parts of acts making appropriations for the Banking Department for the fiscal years ending June thirty, nineteen hundred twenty, and June thirty, nineteen hundred twenty-one, and all clauses or portions of other acts fixing the salaries or compensation of any officer or employe herein provided for, are hereby repealed.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.

AN ACT to authorize the Board of State Auditors to aid in paving and improving that portion of Oakland Drive in the city of Kalamazoo passing by and through the grounds of the Michigan State Hospital and Western State Normal School; making an appropriation therefor and providing a tax to meet the same.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

SECTION 1. The Board of State Auditors is hereby author- Aid. ized and directed to aid in paving and improving that portion of Oakland Drive in the city of Kalamazoo extending from Lovell street southwest to the city limits of said city of Kalamazoo, passing by and through the grounds of the Michigan State Hospital and Western State Normal School.

SEC. 2. Upon the taking effect of this act, the said Board Proportion of State Auditors shall enter into an agreement with the proper authorities of the city of Kalamazoo to pay such proportion of the cost of such pavement and improvement as shall be decided upon by said board and city authorities and to determine the kind of pavement, the amount and kind of improvements, and all other necessary things to complete such pavement and improvements.

SEC. 3. The said Board of State Auditors is hereby author- Audit. ized and directed to audit and allow and draw its warrant upon the State Treasurer in payment of such sums as shall be agreed upon as the due proportion of the State in paving and improving said Oakland Drive, and such sum or sums as may be necessary are hereby appropriated from the general fund in the State treasury.

SEC. 4. The Auditor General, upon the determination of Tax clause. the amount appropriated by this act, shall incorporate such amount in the State tax for the year nineteen hundred twenty, which, when collected, shall be credited to the general fund to reimburse the same for the money hereby appropriated.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.

There are hereby appropriated from the general fund for the State treasury for the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred twenty, the sum of thirtyseven thousand six hundred fifteen dollars, and for the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred twenty-one, the sum of thirty-one thousand six hundred fifteen dollars, for the purposes and in the following amounts:
