AN ACT providing appropriations for the Michigan Industrial Accident Board for the fiscal years ending June thirty, nineteen hundred twenty, and June thirty, nineteen hundred twenty-one, for maintenance, operation and other specific purposes, and to repeal other acts or parts of acts making appropriations therefor, and to repeal all clauses or parts of other statutes fixing or providing for the salary or compensation of any officer or employe herein provided for, except any provision of any act of nineteen hundred nineteen amending act number ten of the Public Acts of Michigan of the first extra session of nineteen hundred twelve, entitled "An act to promote the welfare of the people of this State, relating to the liability of employers for injuries or death sustained by their employes, providing compensation for the accidental injury to or death of employes and methods for the payment of the same, establishing an Industrial Accident Board, defining its powers, providing for a review of its awards, making an appropriaation to carry out the provisions of this act, and restricting the right to compensation or damages in such cases to such as are provided by this act."

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Each of said amounts shall be used solely for the specific purposes herein stated, and the said Industrial Accident Board is hereby authorized and directed to employ at the salaries herein appropriated, such employes as they shall deem necessary to conduct the business of the Industrial Accident Board, for the fiscal years ending June thirty, nineteen hundred twenty, and June thirty, nineteen hundred Proviso, three twenty-one: Provided, however, That no employe shall receive less than one thousand dollars per year after three months' service.

AN ACT making appropriations for the State Military Board for the construction of armories for the fiscal years ending June thirty, nineteen hundred twenty, and June thirty, nineteen hundred twenty-one, to provide a tax to meet the same and to repeal all other acts or parts of acts making appropriations for such purpose.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the general Appropriation fund for the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred twenty, the sum of two hundred and forty thousand dollars, and for the year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred twentyone, the sum of one hundred fifty thousand dollars, for the use of the State Military Board in the construction of armo- Purpose. ries in accordance with the provisions of the law relating thereto.
