Second Department. - Second Monday of February, at Brooklyn. Second Monday of May, at Poughkeepsie. Second Monday of September, at Brooklyn. Second Monday of December, at Brooklyn.

Third Department. At the Capitol in the city of Albany, on the first Tuesdays of January, March and June. At the Court House in the city of Elmira, on the first Tuesday of May.
