ARKANSAS.-Governor-A native of Arkansas or of the United States or a resident of Arkansas ten years, previous to the adoption of the constitution, and a resident 4 years before election. Senators-A citizen of the United States, a resident of the State one year, and 30 years of age. Representatives-A citizen of the United States, a resident of the county he represents, and 25 years of age. Electors, or Voters-Twenty-one years of age, and a resident of the State the six months preceding election.
