The following is a statement of the date of each accident, the place where it occurred, the train, the cause and the extent of the injuries inflicted upon each person, and the name of such person.

Frederick Craig, passenger on special train, leaving Kingston on September 13, 1875, at 6.30 P. M., had his arm broken by sticking it out of car window as the train was crossing Kingston bridge; J. M. Snook, conductor.

The Ulster county express, on night of September 1, 1875, at 7.50 o'clock broke through a bridge near Shawangunk station; no one killed. The following is as complete a list of the wounded as could be obtained: Aaron Auchmoody, bruised; Mrs. Benjamin W. Shorter, bruised; James Fredenburgh, bruised; Pat. Whalen, cut on the head, not serious; Rebecca Van Buren, bruised; Emma Coutant, bruised; Lida Terwilliger, cut on the head; Robert Dennison, concussion of the brain; Miss Mary Johnson, collar bone broken; Mrs. S. B. Lowe, head bruised and severely shocked; Mrs. Dr. A. B. Whittaker, severely shocked; J. D. Minor, bruised; Peter Trumbour, cut on the head; Louise Trumper, cut on the head; Mrs. Marcus Beach, cut over spine; Mrs. George Jackson, collar bone and shoulder blade broken; Harry Dunn, bruised; Mrs. Hiram Schoonmaker, severely shocked aud bruised; C. J. Townsend, cut about head and back; Mrs. C. J. Townsend, cut about head and back; Mary Townsend, eye injured; Richard A. Nichols, broken wrist and badly bruised; Wm. Rice, arm broken, badly cut and internally injured; W. D. Ackley, baggage-master, badly cut about the head and bruised about the body; Mrs. D. L. Wynkoop, cut about head and face; Henry Crane, news boy, bruised and cut on the head; Augustus Schepmoes, bruised on groin.
