PROPERTY LEASED, OR OTHERWISE ASSIGNED FOR OPERATION.

An agreement between the Nittany Valley Railroad Company and Centre Iron Company, for use of tracks in the yards of the Centre Iron Company. The Centre Iron Company failed in the fall of 1890.

Succeeded by the Valentine Iron Company in the spring of 1891, to whom the Nittany Valley Railroad Company leased their road May, 1891, for one year at a rental of $7,500.
