CHAPTER 38.

An Act to amend The Educational Tax Act.

(Assented to April 8, 1926.)

HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Alberta,

enacts as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as "The Educational Tax Act Short title Amendment Act, 1926."

2. The Educational Tax Act, being chapter 30 of the Re-Section 3 vised Statutes of Alberta, 1922, is amended as to section 3, subsection (1) by striking out the words "one and one-half cents" where they occur in paragraph (c) thereof, and substituting therefor the words "three-quarters of one cent."

3. This Act shall come into force on the day upon which Coming into it is assented to.

CHAPTER 39.

An Act to amend The Supplementary Revenue Act.

(Assented to April 8, 1926.)

HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Alberta,

enacts as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as "The Supplementary Revenue Short title Act Amendment Act, 1926."

2. The Supplementary Revenue Act, being chapter 40 of Section 6 the Revised Statutes of Alberta, 1922, is amended as to section 6, subsection (2) by striking out the words "one cent" where they occur therein and substituting therefor the words "one-half cent."
