CHAPTER 74.

An Act to amend An Act to incorporate The Calgary and South-Western Railway Company.

(Assented to May 22, 1926.)

IS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Alberta, enacts as follows:

1. Section 4 of An Act to incorporate the Calgary and South-Western Railway Company, being chapter 57 of the Statutes of Alberta, 1918, is hereby struck out and the following substituted therefor:

"4. The Company may lay out, construct and operate a railway of the gauge of four feet, eight and one-half inches from the city of Calgary in the Province of Alberta or from a point at or near the Town of De Winton on the Calgary and Edmonton branch of the Canadian Pacific Railway, in the said Province by the most feasible route to a point on the western boundary of the said Province in Townships 17, 18, 19 or 20; also from a point on the said railway to the Town of Okotoks on the Calgary and Edmonton Railway."

2. This Act shall come into force on the day upon which it is assented to.
