An Act to provide for the transfer of the powers and duties of the State, game, fish and forestry warden to the public domain commission, and to define the powers and duties of the public domain commission in relation thereto, and to repeal all acts or parts of acts which conflict therewith. [Act 28, P. A. 1915.] The People of the State of Michigan enact: TRANSFER OF POWERS AND DUTIES. (1) § 7466. SECTION 1. From and after the thirtieth day of June, nineteen hundred fifteen, all powers and duties imposed by law upon the State game, fish and forestry warden, and in force immediately prior to the time this act shall take effect, shall be, and the same are hereby, transferred to the public domain commission, which commission shall from and after the said thirtieth day of June, nineteen hundred fifteen, exercise all the powers and authority and be charged with the performance of any and all duties imposed by any and all laws in force immediately prior to the time this act shall take effect, upon said State game, fish and forestry warden, except as hereinafter provided. GAME, FISH AND FOREST FIRE COMMISSIONER.-DUTIES, POWERS, SALARY AND TERM. (2) § 7467. SEC. 2. As soon as practicable after the passage of this act, the said public domain commission shall appoint some suitable person to be designated as game, fish and forest fire commissioner who shall be an executive officer of the public domain commission for the purposes of this act, and who shall, under the supervision and control of said commission, devote his entire time to |
