To the President of the Senate:

House of Representatives,
April 8, 1911.

Sir: I am instructed by the House to return to the Senate the following bill:

Senate bill No. 33 (file No. 21), entitled

A bill to provide for the appointment of deputies by certain county officers, and for fixing their salaries;

And to inform the Senate that the House has adopted a substitute for the bill with the same title;

And that in the passage of the bill, as thus substituted, the House has concurred.

The question being on concurring in the substitute for the bill adopted by the House,
