A bill to make the mayor of the city of Alpena, in the county of Alpena, Michigan, a member of the board of supervisors of said county; And to inform the Senate that the bill has passed the House.

By striking out of line 12 of section 2 the words "or upon which.” Recommend that the amendment be concurred in, and that when so amended the bill pass.
