Whereas the above-named A. B. holdeth of Leafe and by Leafe, a Meffuage or Tenement, with the Appurtenances, fituate, &c. for a certain Term of Years, and under a certain Rent mention'd in one Pair of Indentures, bearing Date, &c. made between, &c. as by the fame. Indentures may more fully appear. And whereas the above-bound C. D. for good and valuable Confiderations, hath affigned and transferred unto the above-named A. B. all his Right, Title, and Intereft, of in and to a certain Meffuage, fituate, &c. in the Poffeffion of, &c. held by the faid C. D. by Leafe from W. B. of, &c. Efq;

hath granted, bargained, fold, released, and confirmed unto the above-named C. D. his Heirs and Affigns for ever, one Meffuage or Tenement, with the Appurtenances, in, &c. as the fame in the faid Indenture is particularly mention'd and exprefs'd; as in and by the fame Indenture, Relation being thereunto had, may more fully appear.

Whereas A. B. of, &c. Efq; by Indenture, bearing Date, &c. for the Confiderations therein mention'd, did give, and grant, unto the faid C. D. one Annuity, or yearly Rent of 20l. to be iffuing and going out of all the Manor of, &c. of him the faid A. B. fituate, &c. To hold, receive and enjoy the faid Annuity, or yearly Rent of 20%. to

Whereas the faid A. Orders,bearing Date,&c. the Numbers whereof are, &c. and made in Purfuance of an Act of Parliament pafs'd, &c. entitled, &c. and to be paid, &c. for the Term of 99 Years, c. He the faid A. B. being fo poffeffed, in and by one Indenture, bearing Date, &c. made between the faid A. B. of the one Part; and C. D. of, &c. and E. F. of, &c. of the other Part; hath affigned and tranfferred the faid two feveral Annuities, and the Talleys and Orders made out thereupon, and all his Eftate and Intereft therein, unto the faid C. D. and E. F. faid A. B. and his Affigns, to receive and take one of the faid Annuities of sol per Ann. for and during the Term of his natural Life, &c. And as to the other Annuity, &c. in Truft for, &c. as in and by the faid Indenture may more fully appear,

Whereas the faid A. B. in and by his Laft Will and Teftament in Writing, bearing Date, &e. did give unto the said C. D. one Annuity or yearly Rent-Charge of 50l. per Ann. iffuing and payable out of one Meffuage, &c. fituate, &c. for and during the Term of his natural Life.

Whereas by Indenture, bearing Date, &c. Alignment of made between the faid A. B. of the one Lands, for fe- Part; and one C. D. the faid E. F. &c. of the Charge, with other Part; reciting therein, that whereas Claufe of Di. the faid A. B. as Adminiftrator of T. B. then ftrefs, &c. ftood lawfully poffeffed and interested for the remainder of feveral Terms, then to come and unexpired, of and in all that, Meffuage, &c. He the faid A. B. for the Confiderations therein mention'd, did Grant, Bargain and Sell, Affign and Set over unto the faid C. D. and E. F. all and fingular the faid Meffuage, Tenement, and Premiffes above recited, and every Part and Parcel thereof, with the Appurtenances; together with the Leafes thereof, and all Writings concerning the fame; and all his Eftate, Term, and Intereft therein, to hold to them the faid C. D. and E. F. their Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns, for and during all the reft and refidue of the faid feveral Terms and Eftates, which he the faid A. B. then had of, in and to the fame.

fame. In which faid recited Indenture, there is a Claufe to the Effect following: (that is to fay) That he the faid A. B. fhould and might, during the remainder of the faid feveral Terms, which were then to come, receive, have and take out of the faid Premiffes above mention'd, one Annity, or yearly Rent-Charge of 20%. of,&c. payable and to be paid, in and upon the 25th Day of March, the 24th Day of June, the 29th Day of September, and the 21ft Day of December, by even and equal Portions. And that if the faid Annuity, or The Clause of yearly Rent-Charge, fhould be unpaid in Diftrefs. part or in all, by the fpace of 21 Days, next after any or either of the faid Days, and times of Payment thereof; That then and so often it fhould and might be lawful to and for the faid A. B. or his Affigns, into the faid Premiffes, or into any part thereof, to enter and diftrain, and the Diftrefs and Diftreffes then and there found, to take, lead, drive, carry away, and impound, and to detain and keep, 'till the faid Annuity, and the Arrears thereof, (if any fhould be) fhould be fully paid and fatisfied.

Whereas the Mannor, Meffuages, Lands, Recital of Tenements and Héreditaments herein after Lands, being mention'd, are in Mortgage to the faid Mortgaged. 4. B. for fecuring the Payment of fool. with Intereft by the faid C. D. to the faid

He the faid A, B. in Confideration of the Sum of, &c.therein mention'd to be paid by the faid C. D. and which was accordingly paid, did Grant, Bargain, Sell and Demife unto the faid C. D. all that Meffuage or Tenement, &c. fituate, &c. and the Reverfion and Reverfions, Remainder and Remainders of all and fingular the faid Premiffes, and of every Part and Parcel thereof: To be had and holden unto the faid C. D. his Executors, Adminiftrators and Affigns, from the Day next before the Day of the Date of the faid recited Indenture, unto the full End and Term of 500 Years, from thence next enfuing, and fully to be compleat and ended, without Impeachment of or for any manner of Wafte; at and under the yearly Rent of One alatho Pepper-Corn, payable upon the Feaft of the Nativity of St. John Baptift; (only if the fame fhould be demanded) which faid
