Lansing, Monday, February 26. 12 o'clock m. Pursuant to a proclamation of the Governor, Hon. Chase S. Osborn. the House convened in extraordinary session in Representative Hall in the Capitol at Lansing, on Monday, the 26th day of February, 1912, at 12 o'clock noon, and was called to order by the Speaker. Religious exercises were conducted by Rev. J. T. Le Gear of the Central Methodist Episcopal Church, of Lansing. The roll of the House was called by the Clerk, who announced that a quorum was present. The following named members answered to their names: Messrs.
