Lambert Co., Printers. 1909 Resolution Adopted by the Common Council Resolved, That the charter and ordinances of this city, as compiled and arranged by the city attorney, be printed and published in book form, together with the rules of the common council, and acts affecting Bay City, and that such compilation, when so printed and published, shall be taken and deemed to have been printed and published by authority of the common council of Bay City, and that a copy of this resolution be printed and published with said compilation. We hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a true copy of a resolution adopted by the common council of Bay City, at a regular session thereof, held on the 3d day of May, A. D. 1909.
