VICE-PRESIDENTS (ELECTED FOR LIFE).-The Archdeacons, Rural Deans, Treasurer, and Secretaries. ELECTED MEMBERS.-Twenty-four for each Archdeaconry, onefourth retiring annually. All Subscribers of £1 per annum, or Donors of £10, are entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting, for auditing the Accounts, and filling up vacancies in the Board. The Diocesan Board may appoint in each Archdeaconry a Board of Management, empowered to establish Local Boards, and to carry out measures. Each Deanery has its Local Board, consisting of all Members of the Archdeaconry Board and all Parochial Clergy resident within its limits, meeting under the Rural Dean. By Rule 5, the Board is in connexion with the National Society of Education, and its regulations are subject to the approval of the Bishop. EXAMINERS, BOARD OF.-Two to be elected from each Archdeaconry for examining Candidates for admission to Training Schools. INSPECTION. Each Deanery elects its Inspector, who receives his authority from the Bishop, and makes his Returns to him.
