academic and dry, you really only need to skim the first chapter of this book to get the point, which is 'before, manual laborers were the center of the workforce. today, it's all about thinkers, creative types, and the workforce is changing to accomodate (by, apparently, allowing women and minorities in, loosening dress code and standard work hours) all Florida's books seem to be on the same subject, so i guess i'll have to wait for his protege to give the 'and then what?' answer to this issue.
